 Today in our class we will do a very fun activity with holograms! A hologram is a three-dimensional (3D) image created by light that appears to float in the air. It is not a real object, but it looks real to our eyes. In this activity, we will make a small hologram using a transparent material and a tablet/phone. While we watch, we will notice that the shapes and objects appear to float in the air. Through this activity, we will: Learn how light is reflected. We will see how technology can be fun and educational. We will create new ideas using our imagination. If you are ready, let's explore the magical world of light together Augmented reality is a wireless imaging technology that allows us to manipulate a technological device (smartphone, tablet) by placing a digital object, material or any living creature on top of a real image captured through the camera.
